Jade Carboy, WHNP-BC/AGNP-C

Jade earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Emory University in 2014, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing at Vanderbilt University in 2018, with a dual certification in Adult Gerontological Primary Care & Women’s Health through the AANP and NCC.

She has received extensive training through the American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine and Metabolic Medical Institute in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. Additionally, she is a certified provider of sub-dermal pellet therapy through BioTe Medical and The Hormone Health Institute. Jade holds additional certification in cosmetic injectables and sclerotherapy.

She enjoys providing excellent, comprehensive, and empathetic care to women in all stages of life. Jade believes in treating all patients as the unique individuals that they are, values strong patient-clinician communication, and advocates for women to have an active role in their own health promotion.

Specializing in comprehensive, integrative women’s health care, chronic and acute gynecological care, intimate wellness, urogynecology, and menopause management, she places emphasis on bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and hormone balancing throughout the lifespan.

Jade is licensed in Oregon, Washington, California, and Alaska.

When she is not practicing, Jade enjoys time spent outdoors camping, climbing, and hiking, as well as time spent with her two dogs and amazing family.
